Alan Jensen, the point guard for the Harvard basketball team, is desperate for money to replace his parents' home after it's destroyed in a tornado. His girlfriend, Cindy Bandolini, convinces Alan to throw the game in order to win a bet. The daughter of a mob boss, Cindy facilitates the deal through her father's associate, Teddy Carter, who happens to be an undercover FBI agent.
