Entrepreneur, reality TV star, and soon-to-be talk show host Frankel (Naturally Thin) offers a comprehensive guide to doing it all, with an emphasis on staying thin, healthy, and successful through work-life balance and organization. Her appealing confessional tone and admission of personal challenges with dieting and love make these otherwise mundane subjects (diet, exercise, and home organization) fun to read. She addresses her divorce up front and throughout the book, discussing it in the context of how she deals with stress and remains true to herself. While the title promises sex, there is little advice on this topic. The book, written with Adamson, features frequently humorous tips on how Frankel handles things, from what to eat during PMS or after a night of drinking, to working out, to how to host a great dinner party. The book is best suited to Frankel fans, as there are many references to her life—as shown on TV and in tabloids. But for those who admire her no-nonsense approach and ambition, this latest offering will likely be an inspiring read. Illus. Agent: Andy McNicol, William Morris Endeavor.
